About Us
Double 6 is an internet consultancy company formed in 2000. We provide services to small, medium and large businesses throughout the UK.
We have been working with what is now called HCL Notes / Domino ® since the mid 90s when it was called Lotus Notes and was at Release 3.3. It is now at 12 with 14 coming out soon.
Most of our Notes / Domino development work is customer specific.
Because of what we do we have built up expertise in a load of other I.T. areas.
We work locally (Cheshire & Warwickshire) for small businesses managaing their I.T. but also for blue chips on the Notes development front. We have our own rack of servers in a data centre in Manchester and can offer specialist hosting solutions for all sorts of projects.
In addition we now offer full Microsoft 365 ® (formerly Office 365 for Business) products including Exchange. In most cases our pricing is identical to what you can get direct from Microsoft but INCLUDES full set up and ongoing support.*
* Complicated requirements may attract an initial set up fee but we will discuss this with you.
Web Hosting
We have our own Virtual Private Cloud of servers at AWS and can offer specialist hosting solutions for all sorts of projects as well as Virtual Server setup, configuration and ongoing management if required.
